As we move into the middle of the week, our guardian angels tell us that whatever life situation we find ourselves in right now, it is of great importance to look at it as a learning experience. They say, “Every situation you find yourself in is an opportunity to grow and to learn. Every difficult person is an example of the kind of person you DO NOT want to be.” They tell me that it is of particular importance right now to look for patterns in your life. Do you constantly find yourself in unhappy work situations or unfulfilling romantic relationships? This is because the Universe is trying to teach you a lesson. Really look at the current situation and try to see what this situation has in common with past negative situations. You are being given an opportunity to grow and to change. Pay close attention! Once you have learned this lesson, it will stop repeating itself in your life! If you are having difficulty, take some time to sit down and talk with your guardian angels. Ask for their help and guidance and it will always be given!

This week’s lesson in releasing the past and moving forward continues into the middle of the week with “Time to Move On.” The mermaids tell me that in order to move forward into our future, we need to let go of things that hold us in the past. They advise making a list of old hurts, angers, grudges, people, places and events that have happened in the past and make a conscious choice to let each of them go. You could say something like, “[old boy/girlfriend’s name], I release you so that I can move forward into a bright, glorious future!” Repeat with each thing on your list and then allow your attachment to fade. If you feel that you need help, you can always call on Archangel Michael and ask that he cut any and all cords holding you to these negative events.
