We end the week with Merlin, who also continue’s this week’s message of self care. He says, “Even healers and lightworkers sometimes need help. Be willing to reach out to other energy workers for help.” He advises that it would be beneficial to go to a massage therapist, Reiki healier or other energy healing practitioner, not just right now but on an ongoing basis. He tells me that this is beneficial both because it will help to keep you balanced and free of negative energy, but also because it is always a learning experience to allow another healer to work with you. You may learn new techniques or disciver a practice you’ve never experienced before. Merlin says, “Always be willing to learn!”
This message of self-care and detoxification continues into the middle of the week as we are joined by Quan Yin. This Eastern goddess tells me that our desire to make things happen in our lives can lead to trying to force the world to deliver a desired outcome to us. This force is created by fear and anxiety that what we want will not be available, that we will miss an opportunity or that we will be too late. She tells me that when we fall into this mind set, we create a toxic situation for ourselves where our fear tells the Universe that we don’t really want what we’re asking for, so the Universe responds by placing more obstacles in our way, thus creating more fear and anxiety in an endless cycle of lack-based thinking. She says, “When you let go and relax, you release your fear. When you release your fear, you open the channels of abundance so that the Universe can respond to what you want in your life. Release your need to be in control. Stop trying to force things to happen. Repeat this mantra as often as you need to - ‘Everything happens in it’s own Divine time. I am fully supported. I am safe.’ This will help counter the fear- and lack-based thinking, helping you to stay calm and optimistic about your future.”
As we begin the week, we are joined by the African goddess Oshun, who tells us that it is of great importance to dring water and be hydrated. She says, “View the act of drinking water as an act of self-care, the same as making time for yourself, fitting some form of joyful movement into each day and eating healthier foods. Only water can rehydrate, detoxify and cleanse your body.” She further cautions us to avoid chemically laden beverages as they may be too harsh for our more sensitive energy bodies. She cautions that even tap water may be too harsh for us if it is laden with too many chemicals. Purchasing a water purifier or switching to bottled water may be advisable if the local tap water isn’t to your liking.
The ascended masters ask you to raise your thoughts to a positive, new level to allow more abundance to come to you. Give any fears about money to Heaven. The ascended masters urge you to use positive words to discribe your finances whenever you speak, think or write.
You’re fully supported by the love of the angels, as well as by the positive affirmations you’ve been using. The angels ask you to hold positive thoughts about your career and finances so that you can attract the best outcome.
